It is located on the northwest headland of the Samui island. The land is on the hill side but slopes towards the beachfront, with 420 metres of beach frontage.

The site has great sunset and sunrise views and panoramic sea views overlooking Koh Phangan to the north. It is 800 metres from the ring road and 13-km from Chaweng and the airport; about 10-15 minutes drive away. In Leam Yai, it have a best sight of hillside and man tropical forest which is great for hotels or any resort to build around. It is quite and private. It is very beautiful and full of natural sight. This area is well support by utilities such as Electricity, Water and Infrastructure.
