Tracy Tang  2010-07-26	Mango Bay Grand Resort, Koh Tao, Mango Bay Owners are friendly. Other staff only OK not hot water on one night. should refund some money , as we paid for hot shower water. The road is too deep for a 70 years old my mother and my 2 year old baby. They should asked someone to help to either carry my baby , helped my mother . My mother had hurt her leg by fall down on the slops ways to the hotel. We thought it was by boat and they did say by boat on the last email they wrote to me.When I booked I did mention about I have a 70 yr old person and 2 year old baby with me to check in. They should arraneg better
Corina Warfield  2010-06-14	Mango Bay Grand Resort, Koh Tao, Mango Bay - Good location for snorkling, but VERY isolated. - Hotel staff are not friendly. - Electricity was only from 7pm to 5am. - Very basic facilities. - Had to climb up two tires tied together with ropes to get from the boat to the dock, why not buy a ladder?

Для тех, кто предпочитает уединение, тишину и спокойствие - место великолепное. Снорклинг захватывающий, очень красивые подводные виды, много видов рыб, кораллов. Единственный совет: лучше останавливаться в номере с кондиционером! В номерах с вентиляторами очень душно.	отлично, быстро и эффективно!

Mr A Owen  2010-03-13	Mango Bay Grand Resort, Koh Tao, Mango Bay Mango Bay is a perfect location for a getaway break. We spent 5 nights at resort and had a very relaxing time. We had a Seaview Aircon Room and although we were the nearest to the Restaurant we still had many steps to climb to room, I believe this should be made very clear on website. Some of the lights on the steps were not working which made going to and from room in the dark dangerous. We also did not have hot water as shower was not working. This was mentioned to Owner but was not fixed during our stay. Food was excellent and good value for money. Reef is very close by and excellent snorkelling, although bay is full of boats during the day it didn t impact on getting into water. The hotel is accessed via steps from the top and many non guests were at resort during the day. This did impact keeping personal belongings safe around the sun deck. Also there are not enough sun umberallas for the number of sun beds. During the heat of the day unable to get out of sun unless you went to restaurant / bar. Electric failed every night at approx 3am which did disturb your nights sleep	Excellent and easy booking service
Jian Chen  2010-02-24	Mango Bay Grand Resort, Koh Tao, Mango Bay 总体评价很差！不建议有老人的旅行者选择这家酒店！ 同时酒店老板意大利老的诚信不好！挺黑的！ 具体评价如下： 1、硬件设施： 房屋设施不安全，我们住的B1的房檐特别低而且突出部分很尖利，关键没有任何安全提示，最为让人气愤的是我们老人头被撞破，出事后老板只是一个劲说小伤没事，说你很坚强，一点责任也不承担，而且我们提出去医院他们还要收我们去医院的费用（因酒店的地点非产偏僻，出行需要程船）。屋里的侧墙的电扇脏兮兮，纱窗已经破烂不堪，蚊帐也满是洞，上面全是了客人补洞用的胶带、创口贴、绳子； 路灯设计的很不合理，本身就是不平的石阶路，被照得更看不清路；刚出门的台阶不平，很容易被崴脚； 2、客房服务 承诺下午5点钟房屋供电，结果晚上6点多才来，入住的几天经常如此； 房间内没有通信工具，房间里没有电，需要从房间走到前台告诉他们，然后他们才会供电，非常不方便！因为房间都是建在半山上，尤其是对老人来讲，从房间走前台到非常非常的不方便！ 3、老板诚信度很差！ 上午与他讲好租船到Nangyuan岛往返接送1000铢，等下午返回后结账他就要1200铢，还推说上午头痛。简直没有一点诚信！ Check Out承诺提供免费接送服务，我们一行7人还在他家消费了一顿午饭，结果这老板也没有告诉我们送船需要支付额外的费用，结果到到达目的地后，开船的人扣住我们的行李，意思就是不给钱就不给行李，关键是开船的还不会说英语，经过电话与酒店的老板交涉，他告诉我们免费的船是12点开，你们因为吃午饭所以时间错过了，需要另外租船。你说这家伙多坏，你在我们吃饭前怎么不说哪，没办法只能又付给船老大600铢，才赎回我们的行李。所以说酒店的老板诚信太差！！！ 对了，还有一点需要大家注意！这哥们有时还算花帐。所以大家结账的时候一定要看仔细了！ 4、好的方面 餐厅服务的两个小伙子非常不错，热情有善！其中还有一个会说点中文。 Mango Bay的环境不错，非常适合潜水。其实不一定住在这里，租条船到这来潜水就可以啦，Taxi Boat也就600－1000铢吧。他们这里的住宿条件与海滩那边相比比较差啦！这里比较原生态，你要是背包客应该会喜欢的。	优点：预订便利，非常不错！ 不足：没有提供酒店的联系电话，不方便。
Awa HE  2010-02-21	Mango Bay Grand Resort, Koh Tao, Mango Bay The resort is really wonderful! It s far away from the town center, but this makes quite quiet. Mango Bay is a great place for snorkeling or diving, because the world under the water here is wonderful, and you can easily be in this world just walking down from the Mango Bay Grand Resort.
Denis Pierre Martel  2010-02-12	Mango Bay Grand Resort, Koh Tao, Mango Bay Amongst the business of the majority of beaches on ko tao, this is a gem. Food is very good, the service is good and the facility is remote. In many ways we were pleased with how removed it was and the struggles with power were annoying at times...this is thailand.
FAN YANG  2010-02-09	Mango Bay Grand Resort, Koh Tao, Mango Bay 酒店比08年有了一点的变化，部分设施做了翻新，老板好像换了，服务态度还是很好的，就是不像原来那样大度了，很多东西要收费，但是商量一下还是可以免费提供给客人的。房间还是可以接受的，毕竟是个偏远的mango bay，资源还是有限的。与08年不同的就是厨师的手艺和菜单花样有很大提高，味道很好，价格也还是可以接受的。海域的景色依旧，水下的景观依旧那么美妙，很多的鱼、活的珊瑚礁。不足的地方就是在码头免费接人的船总是不守时，我观察了一下，基本上比规定的出发时间要晚上一个小时，不过也就无所谓了，来这里又不是赶时间来的，就是来懒散休闲的，也就不计较了。总体来说还是很不错，有喜欢与世隔绝的朋友选择这里是明智的，绝对修心养性。希望还能回来！谢谢酒店所有的员工，尤其会说中文的小伙子，非常热情！	非常好，非常快捷，非常有好的服务，给我们很多帮助，我已经习惯从这里预订酒店了，谢谢！
